Es tracta d&#8217;una iniciativa impulsada per la Comunitat Slow Food de la Catalunya Central que s&#8217;emmarca en les activitats pr\u00e8vies a la Trans\u00e9quia d&#8217;enguany.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">L&#8217;objectiu principal de la vetllada \u00e9s reivindicar la <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"54\">col verda manresana<\/b>, una varietat aut\u00f2ctona que fa uns anys estava a punt de desapar\u00e8ixer i que s&#8217;ha aconseguit recuperar gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 dels pagesos del Bages. Ara, el repte \u00e9s que aquesta hortalissa entri a les cuines de casa de forma habitual.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Per demostrar que la col verda t\u00e9 moltes possibilitats culin\u00e0ries m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del tradicional trinxat, quatre restaurants de la comarca uniran forces per crear un men\u00fa exclusiu. Els establiments participants s\u00f3n <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"210\">Can Patoi, La Sardana, La Xicra i Mas de la Sala<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Els xefs presentaran propostes creatives i t\u00e8cnicament elaborades per sorprendre els assistents. Segons Ignasi Sala, xef de la Comunitat Slow Food i president de Bages Impuls, el nivell de l&#8217;any passat ja va ser molt alt, amb plats &#8220;memorables&#8221;, i enguany es vol mantenir aquesta aposta per la qualitat.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.transequia.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/XXSS-temporadesgastronomiques-hivern262-scaled.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">El sopar no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s un acte gastron\u00f2mic, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 educatiu. La recuperaci\u00f3 de la col verda manresana va lligada als projectes <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"129\">Slow Food Educa<\/b> i <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"147\">Escoles Km0<\/b>. Actualment, cinc escoles del Bages ja planten aquesta varietat als seus horts, permetent que l&#8217;alumnat conegui el cicle de la planta i el seu valor. La idea \u00e9s tancar el cercle: que es planti, que es cuini als restaurants i que la ciutadania la compri per al seu dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Les places per assistir a aquest sopar a Cal Llovet s\u00f3n limitades.
