Aquesta iniciativa busca facilitar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;habitatge al municipi, oferint unes condicions econ\u00f2miques molt avantatjoses respecte a les xifres del mercat lliure actual. El termini per a <strong>formalitzar les sol\u00b7licituds ja est\u00e0 oberta i s&#8217;allargar\u00e0 fins al pr\u00f2xim 7 de maig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Els dos immobles s&#8217;adjudicaran amb una <strong>durada de contracte de set anys<\/strong>, un per\u00edode llarg pensat per donar <strong>estabilitat<\/strong>, durant el qual el consistori es reserva el dret de verificar que els llogaters continuen complint els mateixos requisits exigits en el moment de la formalitzaci\u00f3. Pel que fa a les quotes, l&#8217;Ajuntament ha fixat un <strong>preu mensual de 351,84 euros per a un dels habitatges i de 295,25 euros per a l&#8217;altre<\/strong>. Aquestes xifres s&#8217;han calculat agafant com a base el valor m\u00e9s baix de l&#8217;\u00edndex de refer\u00e8ncia de preus de lloguer del Ministeri d&#8217;Habitatge i Agenda Urbana. Totes les persones interessades que compleixin aquests criteris podran dur a terme el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.santpedor.cat\/seu-electronica\/tramits\/subvencions-a-entitats.html#\">tr\u00e0mit de sol\u00b7licitud de manera telem\u00e0tica a trav\u00e9s del portal web de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Santpedor<\/a><\/strong>.
